I am a small company, which allows me to service my owners and tenants properly. Emergency issues, i.e. cracked slabs, pipe leaks/breaks, toilet or tub overflows, water heater explosions, etc. must be handled immediately, otherwise
there is potential risk of a much more increased expense.
I can't remember the last time I was in court on a tenant eviction. I take great pride in selecting a tenant that is qualified on paper. I will not rent to an applicant just to make a commission. The owner always makes the final decision
as to the choosing process.
